What we add to every listing

List with Domovita and your properties come with the homework done - free When a buyer opens one of your listings, how many of their questions can they answer without picking up the phone? On Domovita, most of them - because we add the local detail automatically wherever the data covers that property. The same listing you already have, just with the homework done. On every listing, pulled in for you Broadband and mobile coverage - real speeds and signal for the area, from Ofcom data. Schools and Ofsted ratings - the nearest primaries and secondaries, with their latest rating. EPC and council tax band - energy performance and the running-cost basics up front. Local crime and area deprivation - an honest picture of the neighbourhood. Nearest recent sold prices - Land Registry sales close to the property. Planning designations - conservation area, listed buildings, Article 4 and more. Mortgage and stamp-duty calculators - so buyers can picture the monthly cost. Interactive map and street view - the setting at a glance. See it on a live example → Better-informed buyers tend to make warmer enquiries and fewer time-wasting calls. And your properties look more complete than they do anywhere they are just a photo and a price. Free for agents. Always. Listing on Domovita is free for every agent, forever - no subscriptions, no per-branch fees, no contracts. And where you rank is never for sale. You can see exactly how our valuation rotation works, in the open, on our fair rotation page. List with us - free Last reviewed: 2 July 2026.

Getting Help: Support Tickets, Contact and Complaints

Getting Help There are three routes, depending on what you need. Picking the right one gets you a faster answer. 1. Support tickets - for anything about your account or listings The best route for day-to-day issues. From your account menu, open Support Tickets and click New ticket. You choose a category - general, bug or technical issue, account, billing, listing, or feature request - and a priority (normal or urgent), then describe the problem. Replies happen in the ticket thread, on the site - your ticket list shows a "We've replied" flag when there is something new Statuses: Open, Awaiting reply, Closed Include your branch name and, for feed problems, any error message from your feed log - it usually saves a round trip 2. The contact form - for everything else For general, partnership, press or careers enquiries, use the contact page, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. directly. 3. The complaints process - for formal matters If your issue concerns a specific listing, another agent, or a data/privacy matter, the complaints process is the quickest route - it goes into a tracked queue with its own handling standards. Before you ask - the help library The articles in this section cover the common ground: feed setup, managing listings, enquiries, featured listings, the valuation panel and more. A two-minute read often beats a ticket.

A Seller Invited You to Domovita - What Happens Next

A Seller Invited You to Domovita If you have arrived here, one of your clients - someone selling or letting a home - has listed with Domovita and asked us to introduce ourselves to you. Thank you for taking a look. What the invitation means When a seller lists with us, they can ask us to let their agent know about the platform. We do not send automated invitation blasts: a real person at Domovita reviews each introduction first, and any contact you receive from us will be a genuine, personal one. Your client simply wanted you to know their property is here and that you can be too. What Domovita offers agents - and what it costs Listing on Domovita is free for estate agents, permanently. No subscriptions, no per-branch fees, no listing fees, no contracts. That is not a launch offer - it is how the platform works: Free listings, unlimited. Manually, or by connecting your CRM - we take BLM, XML, CSV and JSON feeds, have direct integrations for Alto/Vebra/Jupix, Loop and Street, and can host an SFTP drop for you. See feed import - getting started. Fair valuation leads. Our valuation panel distributes homeowner leads by weighted random rotation - a maximum of 3 agents per lead, free, with no way to buy a better position. Organic ranking cannot be bought. The only optional paid item is featuring an individual property - clearly labelled and capped per area. Full enquiry details. Enquirers' name, email and phone come straight to you - no gatekeeping. What to do next Register as an estate agent - takes a few minutes; we verify your company against Companies House. See registration and verification. Or start smaller: join the valuation panel at /join-valuation-panel - free local valuation leads with no further commitment. Or just reply when we get in touch - we are happy to walk you through it. Questions? Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and mention the client who invited you - we will pick the conversation up from there.

Your Branch Profile and the Agent Directory

Your Branch Profile and the Agent Directory Buyers and sellers can see your branch in two public places: your branch profile page and the agent directory. Both are free, and a complete profile noticeably outperforms a bare one - it is the first thing a seller checks before responding to a valuation contact. Editing your profile Go to Branch Profile from your account menu Edit your details and click Save Only the branch admin can edit; other team members see the form read-only. You can change: Branch name, address and postcode Contact phone and contact email (these are what enquirers are given) Website URL About your branch - a plain-text description; this is your pitch, so use it Your company name and company number are locked - they come from your Companies House verification and cannot be edited from the profile form. If your registered details change, contact support. What buyers see on your public page Your logo (or an initial avatar if none is set), company and branch name Address, postcode, phone (click-to-call), email and website Your description, live listing count, team size, and how long you have been on Domovita Accreditations and redress scheme memberships where recorded The agent directory The public directory lists every active branch. Visitors can search by name, location or postcode and sort A-Z, by listing count, or by newest. Each card shows your name, description, location, phone, website and joining year - and for valuation-panel agents, the postcode areas you cover ("Covers BL1, BL2, M26"). Two buttons take visitors to your full profile or straight to your live listings. If two branches share a name, the directory adds the postcode to tell them apart. Quick wins Write the About text - cards with a description read as established; blank ones read as dormant Check the phone and email are the ones your team actually answers Add your website - it is a free link and buyers do click it

Put a Free Property Report on Your Website

Embed a Free Property Report on Your Website Your Branch Management page includes a ready-made lead magnet: a free property report tool you can put on your own website, in your email signature, or behind a QR code. A visitor enters a UK postcode and their email address, and gets a branded report covering EPC and energy costs, broadband speeds, mobile coverage, schools, crime, planning history, recent sold prices and local price trends. The lead routes back to your branch. Each section of the report fails soft - if one data source has nothing for that postcode, the report still renders with everything else. Where to find it Go to Branch Management and find the card "Embed a free property report on your website". It gives you three options, each pre-filled with your branch's own attribution link. Option 1 - simple link (recommended) A URL of the form https://domovita.co.uk/property-report?branch_id=YOUR_ID. Drop it anywhere: email signature, social bio, blog post, printed brochure as a QR code. The branch_id is what ties the leads back to you, so always use the link from your card rather than the plain page address. Option 2 - embedded widget (iframe) The card gives you a copy-paste HTML snippet that renders the full form and report flow inside a page on your own website. No development work needed beyond pasting the snippet. Option 3 - test it first The "Open my branded report form" button opens your version in a new tab so you can see exactly what visitors see - your logo and branch name in the hero, and your branch attributed on the report. Where the leads go Reports requested through your link are tagged to your branch. You can request a CSV export of your leads at any time via support. The visitor gets genuine value (the report is free and complete), and you get a warm local contact who is clearly thinking about a property move. Ideas that work Add the link to every valuation follow-up email - "get a free data report on any property you're considering" Put the QR code on window cards and canvassing letters Embed the widget on your "area guides" or "selling advice" pages
