Embed a Free Property Report on Your Website
Your Branch Management page includes a ready-made lead magnet: a free property report tool you can put on your own website, in your email signature, or behind a QR code. A visitor enters a UK postcode and their email address, and gets a branded report covering EPC and energy costs, broadband speeds, mobile coverage, schools, crime, planning history, recent sold prices and local price trends. The lead routes back to your branch.
Each section of the report fails soft - if one data source has nothing for that postcode, the report still renders with everything else.
Where to find it
Go to Branch Management and find the card "Embed a free property report on your website". It gives you three options, each pre-filled with your branch's own attribution link.
Option 1 - simple link (recommended)
A URL of the form https://domovita.co.uk/property-report?branch_id=YOUR_ID. Drop it anywhere: email signature, social bio, blog post, printed brochure as a QR code. The branch_id is what ties the leads back to you, so always use the link from your card rather than the plain page address.
Option 2 - embedded widget (iframe)
The card gives you a copy-paste HTML snippet that renders the full form and report flow inside a page on your own website. No development work needed beyond pasting the snippet.
Option 3 - test it first
The "Open my branded report form" button opens your version in a new tab so you can see exactly what visitors see - your logo and branch name in the hero, and your branch attributed on the report.
Where the leads go
Reports requested through your link are tagged to your branch. You can request a CSV export of your leads at any time via support. The visitor gets genuine value (the report is free and complete), and you get a warm local contact who is clearly thinking about a property move.
Ideas that work
- Add the link to every valuation follow-up email - "get a free data report on any property you're considering"
- Put the QR code on window cards and canvassing letters
- Embed the widget on your "area guides" or "selling advice" pages
