What the invitation means
When a seller lists with us, they can ask us to let their agent know about the platform. We do not send automated invitation blasts: a real person at Domovita reviews each introduction first, and any contact you receive from us will be a genuine, personal one. Your client simply wanted you to know their property is here and that you can be too.
What Domovita offers agents - and what it costs
Listing on Domovita is free for estate agents, permanently. No subscriptions, no per-branch fees, no listing fees, no contracts. That is not a launch offer - it is how the platform works:
- Free listings, unlimited. Manually, or by connecting your CRM - we take BLM, XML, CSV and JSON feeds, have direct integrations for Alto/Vebra/Jupix and Loop, and can host an SFTP drop for you. See feed import - getting started.
- Fair valuation leads. Our valuation panel distributes homeowner leads by weighted random rotation - a maximum of 3 agents per lead, free, with no way to buy a better position.
- Organic ranking cannot be bought. The only optional paid item is featuring an individual property - clearly labelled and capped per area.
- Full enquiry details. Enquirers' name, email and phone come straight to you - no gatekeeping.
