Part of a franchise or network? Worth reading first
Some agents do not own their website outright - your branch's listings sit on a platform run by a national franchise or a network head office, rather than a site that is yours. If that is you, permission to import has to come from whoever owns that website and the listings on it. It is not something a single branch can sign off on its own, even with the best intentions - it is about who legally owns the site's terms and its data, not about trust.
The check below will spot this, and it is the one result a branch cannot tick past. But we would still like to carry your properties: you can list with us manually or send a feed at any time (always free), or ask your head office to get in touch and we will set up an arrangement with the network directly.
Step 1 - check your site

We cannot import from a network's platform on a single branch's say-so - permission needs to come from whoever runs the site. That is not a no from us: put us in touch with your head office and we will arrange it centrally, or list your properties manually in the meantime (always free).
