Complaints
We want to know if something has gone wrong. This page tells you how to reach us, what we will do with your complaint, and how to escalate if you are not happy with our response.
How to contact us
Use whichever route works best for you. The form captures the details we'll need from the start; an email works equally well.

What we will do
- Acknowledge: We will confirm we have received your complaint within 5 working days, with a reference number you can quote.
- Respond: We aim to give you a full response within 28 working days, including what we have done about the issue.
- Complex cases: If we cannot fully resolve things within 28 days (for example because a third-party agent is involved) we will tell you why and give you a revised timeline.
If you are not happy with our response
You can escalate independently:
- Data and privacy complaints: The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk.
- Service complaints: Citizens Advice can refer to Trading Standards: citizensadvice.org.uk.
- Estate agent conduct: If the complaint is about a specific estate agent's behaviour, every UK agent must belong to The Property Ombudsman (TPO) or the Property Redress Scheme (PRS). Their member directories will tell you which one covers the agent in question.
Note: Domovita is a property portal, not an estate agent, so we are not ourselves a member of a property redress scheme. Complaints about the Domovita service stay with us and the ICO / Citizens Advice routes above.
