Domovita does not charge estate agents to be here. There is no subscription to take out, no per-branch fee and nothing to sign. The buyer's filters decide which listings appear and the buyer picks the sort, and we do not sell a place in that order. The one paid option is the Featured slot, labelled as a paid promotion wherever it appears.

Buyers message you through the listing, and we never charge you for the contact. The only enquiries that do not reach you are the ones our spam checks stop.

Most agencies already export their stock somewhere. If yours does, we can almost certainly read it. If it does not, we will host an SFTP account and your CRM can drop files into it on whatever schedule suits you.
Updates are pulled on a schedule, so a price change or a sale agreed in your CRM reaches the listing without anyone re-typing it.

We name our sources. If a figure appears on a Domovita listing, you can trace where it came from, and so can your buyer.
Three commitments to every agent
These are permanent commitments, written into how the portal is built.
- We will never charge you to list Being on Domovita is free for every estate agent, and it stays free. There is no invoice coming and there is nothing for you to cancel.
- The only paid position is the labelled one The buyer's filters decide which properties appear, and the buyer picks the sort - newest first unless they change it. The one placement that can be paid for is the Featured slot: it appears above the other results, is capped per area, and carries a 'Paid promotion' label wherever it appears. There is no other way to pay for position.
- We will never auction a lead A valuation enquiry is offered to the agents covering that area on a fair rotation. Nobody can buy their way to the front of it.
How one valuation enquiry is shared out. There is nothing here to bid on.
