Your Branch Profile and the Agent Directory

Your Branch Profile and the Agent Directory

Buyers and sellers can see your branch in two public places: your branch profile page and the agent directory. Both are free, and a complete profile noticeably outperforms a bare one - it is the first thing a seller checks before responding to a valuation contact.

Editing your profile

  1. Go to Branch Profile from your account menu
  2. Edit your details and click Save

Only the branch admin can edit; other team members see the form read-only. You can change:

  • Branch name, address and postcode
  • Contact phone and contact email (these are what enquirers are given)
  • Website URL
  • About your branch - a plain-text description; this is your pitch, so use it

Your company name and company number are locked - they come from your Companies House verification and cannot be edited from the profile form. If your registered details change, contact support.

What buyers see on your public page

  • Your logo (or an initial avatar if none is set), company and branch name
  • Address, postcode, phone (click-to-call), email and website
  • Your description, live listing count, team size, and how long you have been on Domovita
  • Accreditations and redress scheme memberships where recorded

The agent directory

The public directory lists every active branch. Visitors can search by name, location or postcode and sort A-Z, by listing count, or by newest. Each card shows your name, description, location, phone, website and joining year - and for valuation-panel agents, the postcode areas you cover ("Covers BL1, BL2, M26"). Two buttons take visitors to your full profile or straight to your live listings.

If two branches share a name, the directory adds the postcode to tell them apart.

Quick wins

  • Write the About text - cards with a description read as established; blank ones read as dormant
  • Check the phone and email are the ones your team actually answers
  • Add your website - it is a free link and buyers do click it
