Domovita is a UK property portal, operated by Domovita Ltd - a company registered in England and Wales. We help people across the United Kingdom buy, sell, rent and let homes, and we run the whole thing on a few principles we won't compromise on.
We didn't start with investors or a corporate parent. We started with an inheritance - and a decision about what to do with it.
Rather than let it slowly dwindle, we chose to turn it into something that would last: something we could build ourselves, take responsibility for, and one day pass on rather than simply spend. We backed our own venture, and Domovita is it.

Listing is free for agents - forever
No subscriptions, no per-branch fees, no contracts, no annual increases. We would rather earn from genuinely optional extras - like promoting a property to the top of an area, or premium tools for buyers and sellers - than charge an agent simply to be here. Being on Domovita, and ranking on merit, never costs a penny.
Visibility is earned, not bought
Valuation leads are shared by fair rotation - agents with fewer recent leads move up the queue - and featured slots are capped per area, so no single firm can drown out the rest. You cannot pay your way to the top of our organic results.
We show what it actually costs to live there
Every listing carries running-cost estimates - council tax, energy, water, broadband, insurance - alongside flood risk from the Environment Agency, air quality, and broadband speeds. A price and some photos was never enough to make the biggest decision of your life.
Verified, and built to be trusted
Every estate agent is checked against Companies House and for membership of an approved redress scheme. And because Domovita was built by people who came up through information security, protecting your data isn't a feature we added - it's the habit we started with.
You message - you don't get cold-called
Enquire about a home and you send a message, not a phone number. Buyers prefer it, agents get a written record, and nobody gets chased at their desk. Every conversation is traceable and stored securely.

We support automated feed import - BLM, XML, CSV and API feeds - so if you already export to other portals, you can be live on Domovita without changing a thing. Beyond listings, agents get lead-quality scoring, automated follow-up, response-time tracking and conversion analytics. We built those because agents asked for them.
