HM Land Registry only began flagging these categories in October 2013, so sales before then are all counted as standard. Price Paid Data also leaves out sales never lodged for registration and transfers not for value - right-to-buy discounts, gifts, divorce transfers and compulsory purchases. - The middle recorded sale price - half of recorded sales were below this and half above. - Price bands over time
- Each column splits one year's standard sales across fixed price bands chosen from Scunthorpe's own all-time distribution, so sales migrating up through unchanged bands is the story the chart shows. Years with fewer than 10 sales are gaps; the current year is flagged year to date.
